A Historic Achievement
Governor Kathy Hochul of New York proudly announced the successful completion of the South Fork Wind project. One which consists of 12 offshore wind turbines. These turbines have also been meticulously constructed and are now delivering clean and sustainable power to Long Island and the Rockaways. This achievement is a significant step forward in New York’s ambitious plan. Especially to transition to renewable energy sources.
