Non-dairy milks are standard across American coffee chains and independent cafés these days. True, the shop may not carry the specific brand you love (Pacific Soy Barista makes the best microfoam, hands down), but vegans can stroll into virtually any given café and confidently assume they won’t have to order their coffee black.
