In a recent interview for Vanity Fair, Anne Hathaway talked about the highs and lows of her career, what’s on the cards for the future, and why she probably won’t do a Devil Wears Prada sequel (sad, but true). But the Academy Award-winning actor also quipped about why people might think she has the “personality of a vegan,” and spoke about her love for vegetables. She’s not vegan, but she eats a lot of plant-based foods, in particular beets. In fact, the much-talked-about interview actually took place at a plant-based restaurant, while Hathaway enjoyed a plate of beautifully presented beets.
