    How does pourable mozzarella work?

    Miyoko’s Creamery—which is no longer run by founder Miyoko Schinner (more on that here)—used to make two variations of non-dairy mozzarella—an Original and Smoked—both in the form of blocks (now it just offers Classic Fresh Plant Milk Mozzarella).
