As one example, Vietnam will be getting an extensive EV charging network courtesy of Porsche and Charge+. On the other side of the world, I appreciate Massachusetts taking the time to provide more EV charging initiatives and offer a new EV charging program for businesses in partnership with Ford. Alongside that state in the Northeast, New York is going beyond EVs and has announced some positive reforms to its transportation system, including money for the construction of new sidewalks, shared-use paths, bus shelters, and other enhancements that encourage the use of environmentally friendly transportation.
