Your Farms Your Table Restaurant Group has a story to tell, and it’s soon to be served on a plate in West Charlotte.
Charlotte’s getting a new farm-to-table concept restaurant on January 27th, owned by Chef Sam Diminich, who started the restaurant group during the height of the pandemic after losing his job, among the other 11 billion hospitality industry workers in the states. The pandemic’s impact on the industry still lingers, and will for some time, and Diminich thought ahead to how that would impact local farming communities. His goal?
