    Indian Tofu With Garlicky Tomato Gravy

    What you need:

    For the Kadai Masala:
    1 teaspoon coriander seeds
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
    ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
    4 whole cloves
    2 green cardamom pods
    2 whole dried red chilies

    For the tofu:
    10 ounces firm tofu, cut into bite sized cubes
