What springs to mind when you hear the word “toxic”? Is it the image of poison; harmful fumes; landfill sites? Or did you think of something more abstract, like toxic relationships and behaviours? Regardless of the specifics, we all associate “toxicity” with something that threatens our well-being, something to be avoided or eliminated from our lives. While we may not realise this, many of us often take steps to minimise toxicity in our lives.
